Notice on Fraudulent Job Offers

It has been brought to our attention that there have been instances of fraudulent job offers, purporting to be from Kronos Incorporated.

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false websites, or through fake e-mails claiming to be from the company. The fraudsters often request recipients to provide sensitive personal information, financial information, and/or to make payments as part of their fake recruiting process.

Please note that our application process is as follows:

  • All Kronos applicants are required to apply for Kronos jobs through careers.kronos.com.
  • Fraudulent job offers often ask for financial or personal information early in the process. Kronos does not ask for any financial commitment or contribution from a candidate at any stage of the recruitment process.
  • A fraudulent offer may ask you to book travel through a certain travel agency with the promise to reimburse travel costs. During the Kronos interview process, a Kronos Talent Acquisition representative will book all travel for you.
  • All job offers are delivered by an internal Kronos Talent Acquisition representative.

Kronos has no responsibility for fraudulent offers and advises candidates to follow the guidance provided above. If you have any questions about the authenticity of the Kronos recruitment process or an offer that you have received, please contact us at 1-978-250-9800 or by email at [email protected].

If you have provided monies or other sensitive personal information and suspect you are the victim of fraud, please contact your local authorities or the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501.
