As vice president and general counsel, Alyce Moore is responsible for the company’s global legal affairs. Moore joined Kronos in 1990 and became general counsel in 1999. In this role, she oversees Kronos legal activities in the more than 100 countries in which it serves customers, providing guidance on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, and general corporate matters.
Moore played a critical role in the company’s 1992 Initial Public Offering. She also played an integral role in Kronos going private in 2007, when the company was acquired by private-equity firm Hellman & Friedman for $1.8 billion.
Earlier in her career, Moore held a variety of management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation in the software distribution and software licensing capacities.
Moore holds a juris doctor from the University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Clark University.
