The opportunity cost to organizations of ineffective workplace engagement is immense. The question we need to answer together as managers, leaders, commentators and employees is how do we make this change? Is it just about technology, data and process or is it about behavior, leadership and incentives? Or, as we aim to show in this report, it could be a combination of smaller, incremental steps that involve employees and help leadership and HR to take larger confident strides to put engagement first. In this report, we have broken down the survey findings into five sections, which explore the most important aspects of the employee engagement debate.
